01 Do I need to understand code?
No. That's our job. Every report and every morning email is written in plain English, for whoever runs the business.
02 My app was vibe coded. Will you tell me to rebuild it?
Only if it's genuinely the right call. Most vibe-coded apps can be kept and hardened. The inspection ends with an honest verdict: keep, harden or rebuild, and why.
03 What access do you need, and how do I share it?
Nothing until you've given written authorisation for exactly what we'll look at. Credentials only ever go through a shared password vault, never email or chat. When we finish, our access is removed.
04 What happens if something breaks at night?
Monitoring watches it around the clock. Depending on your plan, an engineer responds next business day, same day, or on call. Either way, you'll read what happened in the 07:00 report.
05 Which tools do you work with?
If it was vibe coded, we've almost certainly seen its stack before. Tell us what you used in the form and we'll say straight away if it's something we can't help with.
